Course Outlines

In the real world, rescues are hands-on, so we try to minimize classroom time and increase hands-on practical training.

Small class sizes are important to us. We believe that in order to learn and succeed in technical rope rescue training, students need to have as much hands-on practice as possible and easy access to instructors to help them learn and address any questions along the way. With this in mind, SUMMIT RESCUE classes often have a 6:1 student/instructor ratio. We do have some flexibility on class sizes based on what is being taught.
